1. Are Rhizelle products suitable for all skin types?

Yes, our skincare products are formulated to be effective while respecting sensitive skin. Each formula undergoes rigorous testing to guarantee tolerance, gentleness, and performance.

2. How do you guarantee the efficacy of your products?

We collaborate with specialized laboratories and select concentrated active ingredients that are scientifically validated. Each formula is designed to deliver visible, measurable, and long-lasting results.

3. Do you use natural ingredients?

Yes. Our skincare products are composed of 99% natural ingredients, mainly derived from organic raw materials—although not certified, as they come from small local producers whose expertise takes precedence over labeling.

We prioritize noble active ingredients, Mediterranean botanical extracts, and gentle processes to respect the integrity of each ingredient. This approach allows us to combine naturalness, purity, and performance, without compromising on efficacy or sensoriality.

The genesis of our skincare products is rooted in the personal history of Nordine, Rhizelle's co-founder. Initially designed to soothe and enhance the skin of his own family members, the product quickly proved to be a valuable ally within the farm.

It gently and effectively supported the well-being of the animals living there, helping them preserve their skin's natural balance and get through difficult times.

5. What is the best way to integrate Alpha Toute into a beauty routine?

Alpha Toute is a premium 6-in-1 multi-functional treatment. It can replace several products (exfoliator, antioxidant serum, repairing cream, etc.). For a refined but simplified routine, apply it morning and/or evening on clean skin.

3- Ordering, Delivery, and guaranteed serenity

1. What are the processing and delivery times?

Orders are prepared within 2 to 4 business days, then delivered within 72 hours. We place particular importance on the quality of packaging and the speed of shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Depending on your status in the Circle of Privileged (Cercle des Privilégiés), you can benefit from free shipping starting at 150 TND, 100 Dt, or even with no minimum if you are an Omega. Alphas benefit from free shipping starting at 50 TND.

3. Can I return a product?

Yes. With our Peace of Mind Guarantee (Garantie Sérénité), you have 14 days to return any unopened product.

This guarantee was designed to offer you a completely worry-free shopping experience: if, for any reason, you wish to return your product, we will assist you with care and discretion.

Once the return is validated, your refund will be processed according to the agreed terms, in line with Rhizelle's standard of service excellence.

4- Loyalty Program: The Circle of Privileged

1. What is The Circle of Privileged?

It is Rhizelle's exclusive loyalty program, designed to reward our most engaged customers with increasing benefits: discounts, boosted loyalty points, privileged shipping, sneak peeks, exclusive gifts, and much more.

2. How do I join the program?

Membership in "The Circle of Privileged" program is free, starting with your simple registration on the website. Access to the first status (Beta Status) is automatic upon your first order placed on the site. Subsequently, your cumulative purchases over a 12-month period will allow you to progress to the higher levels, Gamma then Omega. Alpha Status remains a closed circle, exclusively reserved for the brand's first 200 historical customers.

3. How does the accumulation of my privileges work?

Your privileges accumulate in two ways:

  1. Your purchases: You receive an adjusted amount of privileges for each order, depending on your status within the Circle.
  2. Your engagement: Your interaction with the brand (sharing on social media, registration, comments, etc.) also allows you to earn valuable privileges.

4. Do my privileges have an expiration date?

To ensure a dynamic and exclusive experience, your privileges are valid for a period of 12 months. We encourage you to fully enjoy the attentions of the Circle. If your account remains inactive for a prolonged period, a reset of your privileges may be applied.

5. How can I use my privileges?

The experience is designed to be seamless.

6. How can I speed up the accumulation of my privileges?

Your progression within the Circle of Privileged is linked to the richness of your engagement with the brand.

In addition to your regular purchases—which are rewarded according to your status—you can accelerate the earning of your privileges by interacting with us:

7. What happens if my purchase level is readjusted?

Your status within the Circle of Privileged is evaluated over a rolling twelve-month period, ensuring your recognition is always fair.

If your purchasing activity were to decrease, a readjustment of your status could be applied. However, please be assured that all privileges you have previously accumulated remain valid until their expiration date (12 months). You retain the value of your past engagement.
